Doctor from INALCO, specializing in Judeo-Spanish, Sephardic culture, and the history of Ottoman Jewish migrations, Javier Leibiusky is a researcher, university lecturer, and author of numerous academic and literary publications. His work focuses particularly on the Meam Loez, the Judeo-Spanish language, and the history of Sephardic immigration to Latin America. He teaches modern and biblical Hebrew in several academic institutions and regularly participates in international conferences and cultural lecture series. He also conducts research on biblical texts and the historical origins of Jewish holidays.
